Lawyers at Schmiedeskamp Robertson Neu & Mitchell LLP Win Malpractice Lawsuit for Hospital

Jim Hansen, and Daniel McCleery, of Schmiedeskamp Robertson Neu & Mitchell successfully defended a hospital client and two of its psychiatrists that had been sued in a medical malpractice action. On September 19th, after a seven-day trial, the 12-member jury took only ninety minutes to find in in favor of all the defendants. The jury decided that both the hospital and the physicians were not professionally negligent in their care and treatment of the plaintiff.

Schmiedeskamp Robertson Neu & Mitchell has represented hospitals, physicians, and nurses who have been sued in medical malpractice cases alleging professional negligence in the care and treatment of patients for over forty years. Due to the complex nature of the case, and the lengthy trial, the jury made a remarkably fast deliberation when they ruled in favor of the defendants.
