Healthcare Litigation
James A. Hansen, and Delmer R. Mitchell form our healthcare litigation group and devote significant time representing hospitals, physicians and nurses in defense of medical malpractice claims, regulatory matters and in front of professional licensing bodies. They serve as general counsel on day to day risk management matters for a multi-state and multi-specialty radiology group, medical group and the region’s largest hospital.
