Harold (Hal) B. Oakley

Harold B. (Hal) Oakley, the immediate past Chair of the law firm, focuses his practice on corporate law (including health care law) and estate planning and administration (including business and wealth succession planning for many individual clients with significant business and personal assets). He began his law practice with a large St. Louis law firm before returning to Quincy. In 2024, he earned a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Washington University in St. Louis to deepen his knowledge and understanding of tax law for the firm’s clients.
