On the heels of their 100 year anniversary, Schmiedeskamp Robertson Neu and Mitchell LLP is delighted to announce Natalie L. Oswald as its newest partner, helping ensure the firm’s legacy for years to come. Hal Oakley, the firm’s Chairman, said “Natalie has an innate ability to build strong relationships with her clients, earning their trust and assisting them to achieve their goals. She has a bright future ahead of her.” Oswald graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law in 2006. She worked in St. Louis and Columbia, Missouri prior to moving to Quincy and joining the firm in 2011. During the past four years at Schmiedeskamp, Oswald has worked in a wide range of practice areas, focusing primarily on commercial real estate, business transactions and health care law. She has assisted clients with a variety of multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions, complex commercial acquisitions (including deals involving various tax credits and incentive financing), corporate formations, and compliance matters, among other things. Oswald said, “It is extremely rewarding to assist clients in their various endeavors and build relationships with those clients along the way. We have great clients with complex challenges and I enjoy working with them to address those challenges as they arise.”

Natalie also enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and new baby boy, Ethan, and volunteering for numerous organizations, including those that help empower less fortunate individuals, giving them the tools to face life’s challenges, as well as organizations that continue to raise the bar for music and arts in our community.
