William S. Meckes Named Schmiedeskamp Equity Partner

The law firm of Schmiedeskamp Robertson Neu & Mitchell LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of William S. Meckes to equity partner of the firm as of January 1, 2023. Meckes joined the firm in 2018 and has practiced law since 2014. He represents families, businesses, and local governments in a variety of matters, with a focus on corporate, banking, and real estate law.  Meckes also handles special matters such as claims by veterans and veteran families involving Camp Lejeune.

Meckes is originally from Quincy. He graduated from Drake University and Marquette University Law School. He and his wife, Catherine, live in Quincy and have two children. Meckes currently serves as a board member of the Historical Society of Quincy & Adams County, Cornerstone Foundation for Families, and the Quincy Notre Dame Fund Drive.
