Litigation Attorney

Litigation Attorney: Should preferably have 5+ years of experience and ideally some trial experience.  Must be admitted in Illinois, Missouri helpful, and must be an active member in good standing of the Bar.  Should have prior experience with motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, taking and defending depositions (with an emphasis in medical malpractice, commercial, business, and insurance defense).  Must have excellent communication and writing skills and should have experience in drafting of complaints, motions, discovery, briefs, including appellate work, and legal research.
