Schmiedeskamp lawyers provide employment law seminar

On September 18, 2018 Schmiedeskamp partners David Penn and Jim Hansen, along with associate Dan McCleery, presented the annual employment law seminar for over 80 attendees addressing such recent topics as FMLA, sexual harassment in the work place and an update on worker's compensation law in the State of Illinois. A roundtable discussion was then held at the conclusion of the presentation with the attendees. This is the second annual labor and employment seminar put on by SRNM and it saw a 20% increase in attendees over the previous year. The employment and labor team at Schmiedeskamp Robertson provides both litigation and counseling advice to solve complex and challenging issues for employers both large and small.
