Rapp Presents Estate Planning Program to FBFM Conference

SRNM Attorney James A. Rapp was featured at the statewide FBFM Conference held in Quincy May 14-16, 2019. Rapp spoke on estate planning for farm families. Among other issues, Rapp discussed legacy planning for farm families, methods of estate planning, and estate tax consideration. Rapp also addressed the movement of farm families from Illinois to states that have abolished the estate tax. FBFM ( http://www.fbfm.org/ ) is a cooperative educational-service program designed to assist farmers with management decision-making.
