Will represents individuals, businesses, and local governments in a variety of matters, with a focus on corporate, banking, and real estate law. He assists clients with both the formation and sale of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, buying, selling and leasing real estate, business-related litigation and general business operations. Will also serves as outside counsel to local financial institutions providing representation with compliance, reorganizations, loan workouts, secured transactions, foreclosures, bankruptcies, and other creditor/debtor matters.
Prior to entering private practice, Will worked for the United States Senate Judiciary Committee. He continues to serve the community through board service with the Illinois Equal Justice Foundation, Transitions of Western Illinois, and Quincy Notre Dame High School.
Will earned his undergraduate degree from Drake University and his law degree from Marquette University. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and the Federal Courts for the Central District of Illinois, the Western District of Missouri and the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
