Ted M. Niemann practices primarily real estate, commercial, banking, corporate, estate planning and administration, agriculture, and debt collection law. Among other clients, he represents a family-owned chain of grocery stores and other retail businesses located in four states and having over 100 locations, several regional banks, and a publicly-held wheel and tire manufacturer. Also, he represented for many years a livestock feed and nutrition manufacturer, as well as a lender and borrowers in “New Markets Tax Credit Program” transactions, a client in its purchase of ten grocery stores and a client as a borrower regarding a $99 million dollar asset-based loan.
