Penn appointed to Supreme Court Committee

On November 12, 2018, David Penn was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to the Minimum Continuing Legal Education Board for a term of 3 years. Penn replaces James Rapp, who was the chairperson of the Board for the prior three years and a member for over 6 years. Penn said he is humbled by the opportunity to serve and the appointment. Further, he said he is honored to continue the creative and foundational work of Rapp to further enhance the Supreme Court's initiatives in Illinois MCLE.
