He joins a select group of lawyers that have obtained the highest rating for their legal ability and professional ethical standards. They randomly select attorneys from members and non-members listed on lawyers.com and martindalehubbell.com who have been admitted to a bar in the U.S or Canada for at least three years. The panel is made up of peers (lawyers and judges), from similar practice areas, who have worked directly or indirectly with the attorney. Their evaluation is based on general ethical standards and legal ability including legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability and legal experience.
