Our business litigation experience includes antitrust, construction, environmental, intellectual property, real estate, and securities matters. We also regularly handle the full range of personal and professional disputes, including the defense of physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation, premises liability, transportation negligence, trust and estate litigation, products liability, professional malpractice, school law litigation, and insurance coverage litigation. In addition, we have successfully prosecuted and defended catastrophic personal injury cases. With the opening of our St. Louis office in 2006, we have gained expanded capabilities to serve our clients' litigation needs and to extend further our standing as a premier litigation firm on a national level.
