Natalie L. Oswald is a partner in the firm’s transactional practice group, focusing primarily on commercial real estate, business transactions, taxation, and health care law. She has assisted clients with a variety of multimillion-dollar commercial real estate transactions, complex commercial acquisitions (including deals involving various tax credits and incentive financing), business formations and transactions, and compliance matters, among other things. Natalie has been successful in working with the Internal Revenue Service to obtain abatements of large amounts of penalties and related interest.
