Harold (Hal) B. Oakley

Harold B. (Hal) Oakley, the immediate past Chair of the law firm, focuses his practice on corporate and other business law, including transactional health care law and the acquisition and disposition of businesses and business segments. As an outgrowth of his business practice, which began with a large St. Louis law firm in 1993, Hal is also engaged in estate planning and administration, including business and wealth succession planning, for many individual clients with significant business and personal assets. He is pursuing a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Washington University in St. Louis to deepen his knowledge and understanding of tax law for the firm’s clients.
