Natalie L. Oswald is an associate in the firm’s transactional practice group.  Prior to joining the firm, Natalie worked for a Big Four accounting firm, focusing her practice in international tax and for the University of Missouri-Columbia, focusing on research grants and contracts.   Natalie is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law (J.D., 2006) and Truman State University (B.S. in Accounting, 2003; magna cum laude). 

While in law school, Natalie served as Associate Managing Editor of the Missouri Law Review, as Vice President of Women’s Law Association, and as Student Activities Chair of the Student Bar Association.  She is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Illinois State Bar Association.  Natalie is originally from Hannibal, Missouri and now resides in Quincy.  She serves on the Board of Directors of Cornerstone Foundations For Families, a family service agency.
