Ted M. Niemann
Ted M. Niemann practices primarily real estate, commercial, banking, corporate, estate planning, and debt collection law. Among other clients, he represents a sixty-store chain of grocery stores operating in three states, a number of regional banks, agricultural-related businesses, and a publicly-held wheel and tire manufacturer. He has represented a client in its purchase of seven grocery stores and another in its $99 million loan.
Ted is extensively involved in the community. He is the President of the Quincy Park Foundation, Inc., has participated in numerous YMCA, Quincy Notre Dame High School, and United Way fund drives, is past President of the Family Service Agency of Adams County, currently known as Cornerstone Foundations for Families, the Rotary Club of Quincy, Rotary Foundation, and a past board member of the Two Rivers Council of Girl Scouts, Inc.
