Delmer R. Mitchell
Delmer R. Mitchell, the Chairman of the firm, practices in a wide range of areas, including professional malpractice, product liability, condemnation, agribusiness, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. He represents publicly and privately held companies, agribusinesses, hospitals, physicians and individual clients. He also has successfully represented animal feed companies and other corporate clients in connection with significant antitrust price-fixing cases involving vitamins, lysine, choline chloride and corrugated boxes, against large corporate defendants. Mr. Mitchell holds the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell legal directory for ethics and legal ability.
Del has been active in various segments of the community. He is a member of the Board of Visitors of the University of Illinois, College of Law.
