Andrew K. Cashman
Andrew K. Cashman practices primarily corporate and other business law (including non-profit companies), taxation, estate planning, and banking law. He represents a broad range of entities from small S-corporations and LLCs to publicly owned corporations, as well as individuals. He has helped structure private equity funds and assisted in the design and closing of a financial restructuring of a publicly owned company. Cashman has designed and implemented tax planning strategies saving corporate clients millions of dollars in taxes annually. He has also assisted large non-profit organizations to structure their operations to comply with complex tax and legal requirements. He is active in the community, serving on the boards of directors of several local non-profit organizations, including his current position as president of the board of directors of the Quincy Museum.
