Babette L. Brennan (Ehrhardt)
Babette L. Brennan (Ehrhardt) practices in a wide range of areas including litigation (primarily insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, and commercial litigation), appeals, estate planning, trusts and estates, real estate, corporate and business law, and health law. She represents insurance companies and corporations, as well as many individuals. She is a former member of the Illinois State Bar Association General Practice Section Council and a former member of the editorial board of the Illinois Bar Journal. Notable cases: Doyle v. State Farm Mut. Auto. Ins. Co., 333 Ill.Ap.3d 81, 775 N.E.2d 180 (Ill.App.3 Dist., 2002). Falcon v Faulkner, 209 Ill.App.3d 1, 567 N.E.2d 686 (Ill.App.4 Dist., 1991). She is currently a member of Quincy YMCA Development Committee concentrating on financial policies and fundraising.
