Established in 1914, Schmiedeskamp, Robertson, Neu & Mitchell LLP is headquartered in Quincy, Illinois with offices in Clayton, Missouri. The firm provides a full range of legal services to its clients, including those clients doing business throughout the United States.
The firm’s practice areas include all areas of civil litigation, corporate, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, agribusiness, banking, real estate, education, health care, estate planning, probate, taxation, and labor and employment law.
We are committed to delivering quality, comprehensive legal services in a timely manner and for a reasonable fee. In the firm’s practice, the lawyers and staff pursue the core values of integrity, quality, loyalty, and respect. As a result, we have successfully built and strive to maintain a sophisticated, varied practice that challenges and rewards us daily with opportunities to serve clients, including publicly traded and private companies, nationally recognized insurance companies, hospitals, medical groups, colleges and public schools, and many individuals.
From its founding as the two-lawyer partnership of Wilson & Schmiedeskamp, the firm has grown steadily and presently consists of seventeen lawyers in two offices. Each lawyer concentrates his or her practice in specific areas, allowing the firm to provide sophisticated legal services to meet the challenges presented by each client’s individual needs.
